HiredTap is a registered trademark of XTEALTH Private Limited, and we are committed to ensuring transparency and trust in our refund and cancellation processes. This Refund and Cancellation Policy is formulated in compliance with applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and related regulations.
By accessing or using HiredTap, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Definitions
Service Provider: A professional offering services via the HiredTap platform.
Customer: A user who books services through HiredTap.
Service Booking: A confirmed order placed by the customer for a service.
2. Scope of the Policy
This policy applies to all Subsription services availed by the Service provider on the HiredTap platform, including website and mobile applications, for on-demand jobs and services.
3. Cancellations
a. Cancellation by Customer
Before Service Commencement:
Customers may cancel the booking if not looking to take the service of the service provider (customer must be book services to the service provider if sure to take the service , so limited number of service cancellation is accepatable), get into contact with the service provider for parments , HiredTap not process any payments for the services , its a business listing platform.
After Service Commencement:
Once the service has commenced, cancellations will not be allowed.
b. Cancellation by Service Provider
If a Service Provider cancels a booking:
The customer will receive a notification
HiredTap will make every effort to assign an alternate Service Provider.
4. Refunds of subcription services by the Service provider
a. Eligibility for Refunds of subscription
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
Cancellation by the Service provider within 24 hours of subcription of the subscription service.
b. Refund Process
Service provider must raise a refund request within 24 hours of service subscription plan through the HiredTap platform or by contacting customer support at refunds@hiredtap.com.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after validation of the request.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
c. Non-Refundable Cases
Cancellation requests made outside the permitted time frame.
6. Dispute Resolution.
we are only listing businesses on our platform.
In case of disputes regarding services, the following steps will be followed:
The customer must email a detailed complaint to grievance@hiredtap.com.
The grievance officer will review the complaint and respond within 7 business days.
