HiredTap is an on-demand jobs and services platform operated by XTEALTH Private Limited.

This page explains how users of the following apps can request account and personal data deletion:

  • HiredTap – Service Provider App

  • HiredTap – Service User App

How to Delete Your HiredTap Account

Users can delete their account directly from the mobile application.

Steps to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the HiredTap - service provider App  or Service user app

  2. Go to Profile

  3. Tap Delete Account

  4. Confirm your deletion request

Once the request is submitted, our team will verify and process the account deletion.

Request Account Deletion Manually

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by sending an email to:

Please include the following details in your request:

  • Full Name

  • Registered Email Address

  • Registered Phone Number

  • Reason for deletion (optional)

What Happens After You Request Deletion

Your account deletion request will be processed within 7 business days.

Once completed, you will no longer be able to access your account.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be removed from our systems:

  • Account profile information

  • Name, email address, and phone number

  • Service provider profile details

  • Uploaded documents

  • User-generated account data associated with the account

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes, including:

  • Transaction records required for tax and accounting compliance

  • Data required for fraud prevention

  • Records required for dispute resolution

  • Anonymized or aggregated data that does not identify individual users
